  Maggi! whenever we heard the word every indian's heart pops out. “Mummy Bhook Lagi -Bas 2Minute”, this line from the Maggi advertisement is still stucked into our minds.In india maggi is a very common and staple food item. From breakfast to dinner even when the clock strikes 2 am, maggi can be a correct fit in for " when mood,get the food". Maggi is a instant noodles, mostly known as indian instant noodles. But history says that in the late 19th century in switzerlands first maggi is invented and marketed. After that in 1947, maggi was owned by Nestle company.

INNOVATION OF MAGGI: AN INSTANT NOODLES

The Maggi brand was founded by Julius Maggi in the year 1886 in Switzerland. He produced a recipe mixing different  flavours. . After experimenting with many flavors, he came up with the instant pea and bean soup.  The products is an instant hit with everyone and Maggi began to spread all over the world. By the year 1888, the brand made its wings  in various countries like the United States (U.S), France, United Kingdom (UK), Germany and Italy.In the year 1897, he founded the company Maggi company in Singen, Germany, which was later sold to the the Nestle Group in the year 1947. Maggi instant noodles are relished by the Nestle worldwide and got extremely popular in various countries like India, Malaysia, Pakistan, Australia, Bangladesh, and Singapore.

• Year 1982: Nestle launched the first noodle product in India with the brand name, ‘Maggi’ with tagline – two minutes, which became an instant.
• Year 1997: Maggi was introduced with the flavoring agent called the ‘Tastemaker’. 
• Year 1999: Maggi uses the old formula to prepare the noodles , promoting it as a instant noodle, easy to cook.
• Year 2001: Maggi Noodles grabbed a large instant noodles market share in India.
• Year 2009: Maggi completed 25 years of Maggi noodles and they started to produce maggi pazzta and sauces.
• Year 2012: Bollywood superstar, Mr. Amitabh Bachchan was made the brand ambassador of Maggi.
• Year 2015:  The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) called off a nationwide ban on Maggi due to the presence of a high amount of lead and Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) in the noodles. 
• Year 2016: The countrywide ban on Maggi was lifted by the Bombay High Court on 13 August 2015 and Maggi was relaunched in the Indian market by the Nestle India after getting the clearance certificate from the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL).

Year 2019: Maggi noodles catch up its firing bussiness again and they introduced a new flavour called " chicken maggi"

In every situation in our life there is a constant food partner  i.e "Maggi".  It gives us some special moment with our loved one's when shared from abowl,it heals in every heartbreak, it gives the warmth in every time we get sick, it gives energy in every late night study and so on.
